Window Replacement at Sea Village
This week we are replacing two windows and a sliding glass door at Sea Village condos. The scaffolding was one of the challenging aspects of this job. It is 30' up and on the rocks.

Hi Soliver! My name is Jane and I'm with Dwellable. I was looking for blog posts about Sea Village to share on our site and I came across your post... I know it's a little strange for a contracter to be featured on a travel site, but you have GREAT photos of the condos that people rent and the beach outside of them, so they'd be very useful for people looking to stay in the area. If you're open to it, drop me a line at jane(at)dwellable(dot)com. Hope to hear from you :) Jane
My first visit here while searching for Pantry Doors across the internet. I admire the renovation of yours and the panoramic beach your house was situated. How long did you take to finish the renovation, just being curious.
I have been a General Contractor since 1982. From 1982 till 2000 I was licensed in the State of Oregon. after moving to Hawaii in 2000 I built two homes in Kona as an owner builder. In 2002 I became licensed in Hawaii. As a licensed contractor I have over 25 years experience.
Since 2007 I have had a contractual relationship with Home Depot to be one of their local General Contractors.
Working with Home Depot and later on, Lowes, has allowed me to focus on providing top quality work and fair pricing without having to spend so much of my time advertisng and searching for projects. Basically the work comes to me. This has been a real benefit. I have been very busy. It seems that there is plenty of work for experienced and skilled craftsmen. In addition to currently having on my calendar several new kitchens, custom window changes, I am preparing to build a home in Oceanview Estates.
